1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Wordcade mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wordcade is a word-game learning app operated by Studiomeal Inc. Users create their own word sets (term–definition pairs) and play games, flashcards, and quizzes with them. There is no sign-up, and all data is stored on the user's device.

3. Age Requirements

Wordcade is an app for general users. Children under the age of 13 should use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Paid (remove-ads) purchases must be made by an adult or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Content

• Ownership: The word sets and cards you create in the App are your content and are stored only on your device. We do not collect or own this content.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
• Backup: Because data is stored only on your device, it may be lost if you uninstall the App or change devices. We recommend backing up each set yourself via TXT export.

5. Payments (Remove Ads)

• Wordcade offers a one-time in-app purchase to permanently remove ads. (This is not a subscription.)
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not process refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store in accordance with their policies.
• You can restore your purchase from the same store account using the restore feature.

6. Advertising

Unless ads have been removed, the App may display third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Ads are not shown during gameplay, learning, or quizzes; they appear only on static screens such as result screens and lists.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself and its original components (games, code, design, trademarks, etc.) are the property of Wordcade and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App is strictly prohibited. (This does not apply to the word content you create yourself.)

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or compromise its security.
• Infringe the rights of others or create unlawful content.

9. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such discontinuation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts.
