1. Introduction

Wordcade is a word-game learning application operated by Studiomeal Inc. Its core feature is playing games and studying with word sets that users create themselves.

Wordcade has no sign-up and stores the word sets and learning records you create only on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data to any server or cloud of ours. This policy nonetheless explains the information processing that may occur while operating the app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Stored Only on Your Device (Not Collected by Us)

The following data is stored only in your device's local storage (SQLite). It is not transmitted to our servers and we cannot access it:

• Word sets: Term–definition pairs you create by typing or pasting
• Learning and game records: In-app activity such as game scores and quiz/flashcard progress
• App settings: Preferences such as language settings

This data is not linked to any account and is deleted when you uninstall the app. If you need a backup, you can export each set as a TXT file and keep it yourself.

2.2 Information Processed Automatically

• Advertising identifiers: To display ads in the app, the advertising SDK may process your device's advertising identifier (such as the IDFA on iOS) and basic device information. On iOS, a tracking identifier is used only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent.
• Purchase verification: To validate and restore the remove-ads in-app purchase, purchase receipts and an anonymous purchaser identifier are processed.
• Error and diagnostic data: Crash and diagnostic information may be processed at the operating-system level to ensure app stability.

2.3 Payment Information

Wordcade does not directly store payment information such as credit card numbers. All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

3. How We Use Information

Processed information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing the app's core features (managing word sets, games, learning, quizzes)
• Displaying ads and processing remove-ads purchases and restores
• Ensuring app stability and responding to errors

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following external services to operate the app:

• Advertising: Google AdMob
• In-app purchase management: RevenueCat
• Game content delivery network (CDN): Cloudflare

These providers process information only as needed to perform their respective functions. Their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may otherwise disclose information only when required by law, in response to lawful requests from judicial or government authorities, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or ourselves.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Wordcade operates without sign-up or personal information collection. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Ads are not used for the purpose of targeted advertising to children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• The word sets and learning records you create are stored only on your device.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the device.
• If you need to keep data before deletion, export each set as a TXT file to back it up yourself.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to operational needs or changes in applicable laws. We will notify you of changes through updates to this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
